Three things to tell me
Everything else I can work out. Get these right and the kit arrives ready to go up.
The metres
Walk the perimeter and add up the runs that have a gutter under them. Round up to the next whole metre. Count the valleys separately: they take mesh too, and they are where the leaves land first.
The roof profile
Corrugated, Trimdek, Klip-Lok or tile. The mesh is the same; the fixings are not. If you cannot tell, a photo taken along the gutter line from the ground is usually enough.
The colour
Mesh, angle and saddles all come in the Colorbond range, so pick the one your roof already is. See the 22 colours. Not sure? Ask for a sample to hold against it.
